Coaching is a partnership. As a coach I truly believe in the client’s ability to achieve the goals they set themselves, with just the right amount of support and challenge.

Core to this is a compassionate approach to my practice. By applying thoughtful challenge, feedback and incisive questions I enable positive reframing, removing self-limiting beliefs and inspire commitment towards your goal.

What can you expect?

Coaching supports leaders with their individual development journey, and my role as the coach is to encourage your development: creating the conditions for you to explore your goals, development options and barriers to progress, creating understanding and commitment for the benefit of you (the coachee), and your organisation.

By applying thoughtful challenge, feedback and incisive questions I enable positive reframing, removing self-limiting assumptions and inspire commitment towards the goal.

With a background in learning and development (strategic and operational management and a qualified trainer), and a focus on leadership development and organisational development, I have over 20 years’ experience as a leader and learning professional. I bring this experience, and in particular my skills and strengths as a leadership trainer and facilitator to my coaching practice.
