Running effective meetings is a vital leadership skill that directly impacts productivity, engagement, and team collaboration. This interactive workshop equips leaders and managers with practical tools and strategies to design, facilitate, and conclude meetings that achieve their objectives while respecting participants’ time and energy. Through a mix of discussion, exercises, and real-life case studies, participants will gain confidence in leading meetings that are focused, inclusive, and outcome-driven.


Workshop Aim


The aim of this workshop is to help participants develop the skills and mindset required to plan and lead meetings that are purposeful, engaging, and productive, ensuring that all participants feel heard and valued.

✨ Follow up efficiently – summarise key points, assign responsibilities, and ensure accountability post-meeting.

✨ Evaluate and improve – reflect on meeting effectiveness and continuously improve facilitation skills.
