Drawing on over 25 years of experience in leadership and organisational development – including extensive work with NHS organisations and public sector bodies – I offer a flexible and responsive approach. My bespoke programmes are not off-the-shelf packages with a new label. Instead, I begin by understanding your context, your challenges, and your ambitions.

360° Feedback
We create tailored 360° feedback questionnaires enabling participants to receive confidential input from colleagues, managers, and direct reports. Participants gain a rich picture of their strengths and areas for growth, enhancing self-awareness, leadership skills, and team effectiveness.
Mentoring
Having a senior mentor within your business can really accelerate leadership growth, strengthen knowledge sharing, and foster a supportive culture. We provide mentoring skills training to ensure mentors guide effectively, empowering future leaders.

Applied Learning
These elements form a comprehensive, blended learning experience, reinforcing taught concepts through practical application. Action Learning drives problem-solving and collaboration, 360° feedback enhances self-awareness and leadership growth, mentoring fosters guidance and knowledge sharing, and adding a Service Improvement Project ensures participants apply their learning to real-world challenges, ensuring lasting impact.
