Intellectual Property

For all programmes the materials provided remain the intellectual property of Faye Beddow Consulting, who assert their right to worldwide copyright unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.

Data Protection

Faye Beddow Consulting does not sell, trade or rent its data to any other organisations.

Your personal data shall only be used for Consultant to Client communication and shall be stored in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Rules (“GDPR”).

 

Insurance

All employees or agents of Faye Beddow Consulting are covered by public liability & professional indemnity insurance.  Certificates are available upon request.

Public Workshops

Payment Terms

Payment to attend public workshops is made through Faye Beddow Consulting’s website. Payment is required to secure a place on a public workshop. Receipts can be provided on request and sent to the agreed contact. Please contact info@fayebeddow.co.uk should you require a receipt of payment.

Bookings paid for through the website are classed as definite bookings and are liable for full cancellation and non-attendance terms, see below.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations and substitutions should be confirmed in writing/by email before the event.

For cancellations received in writing a refund will be made in line with the following scale:

​

  • Cancellation 16 – 30 days prior to commencement of the programme: 50% of fee payable (50% refund),

  • Cancellation 8 - 15 days prior to commencement of the programme: 75% of fee payable (25% refund),

  • Cancellation within 7 days of commencement of the programme: 100% of fee payable (0% refund).       

 

We are not able to make a refund for non-attendance. 

  • Faye Beddow Consulting reserves the right to cancel programmes at any stage and return any booking fee paid. In the event of cancellation, we will make all reasonable efforts to offer alternative development opportunities.

  • If you wish to transfer to another date, please inform us no later than four weeks prior to commencement of programme originally booked. Transfers made after this time will be treated as a cancellation.      

 

Any cancellation made after transfer to another programme will be charged at 100 per cent of the fee.

In-house Courses

 

Invoicing

Invoices are raised immediately following a course and will be sent to the agreed contact. When confirming your booking, please advise who and where to send the invoice to including purchase order number where applicable.

 

Payment Terms

Payment of invoices is due 28 days from the date of our invoice. Any late payments will be subject to 1% per day penalty.

 

Cancellation or Postponement

Should it be necessary for you to cancel or postpone a course for any reason, the following charges will be incurred:

  • More than 30 days from the agreed date of the course (No charge)

  • 16 - 30 days (50%)

  • 15 days or less (100%) 

 

Course cancellations can only be accepted in writing and an invoice in line with the above scale will be issued immediately.

 

Expenses

Expenses incurred in the delivery of training and consultancy will be charged at cost. This will include travel, accommodation, meals and freight/carriage.

Travel by car will be charged at 45p per mile.

 

Coaching

 

Invoicing

Invoices are raised immediately on booking and will be sent to the agreed contact. When confirming your booking, please advise who and where to send the invoice to including purchase order number where applicable. Bookings made in writing are classed as definite bookings and are liable for full cancellation and no-show terms.

 

Payment Terms

Payment of invoices is due 28 days from the date of our invoice, or 1 week prior to the agreed coaching date, if less than 28 days.

A Coaching Session will not be confirmed or classed as ‘booked’ if payment has not been received.

  • Cancellation between 8 and 14 days of the agreed coaching session: 50% of fee payable (50% refund),

  • Faye Beddow Consulting reserves the right to cancel agreed coaching sessions at any time and return any booking fee paid. In the event of cancellation, we will make all reasonable efforts to offer alternative development opportunities.

  • If you wish to transfer to another date, please inform us no later than two weeks prior to commencement of the session date originally booked. Transfers made after this time will be treated as a cancellation.      

 

Any cancellation made after transfer to another date will be charged at 100 per cent of the fee.

 

Results

The Coach is a certified Executive Coach and is committed to helping the Client to achieve success in their professional and personal life. However, the Coach cannot guarantee specific results. Coaching is a collaborative process and the Client must be committed to attending all coaching appointments and completing assignments between sessions to achieve the best results from the coaching process.

 

Formal Complaints Procedure

Anyone who experiences a problem with any of Faye Beddow Consulting’s products or services should raise the matter direct by email to info@fayebeddow.co.uk

 

Please give sufficient information and clearly outline the grounds for complaint. We will look into the matter and respond within 7 days. If the complaint cannot be resolved to the satisfactorily within this timescale, the complainant will be informed and will receive a full response from the Owner, Faye Beddow. She will aim to give you a response with 30 days.
